LSU vs. Mississippi State Live Stream: Watch Online SEC College Football Game On ESPN at 7:00 PM

The LSU Tigers are coming into the weekend ranked in the top ten in the nation and the team will play a tough SEC matchup on Saturday against Mississippi State on the road and all week Les Miles has tried to prepare his team for the loud noise with music in practice and he will get the chance to see it live as the fans go crazy at Davis Wade Stadium.

The Tigers are coming off a loss to the Georgia Bulldogs from last week and Miles will be trying to get his team on track as they try to improve to 5-1 for the season. The team is already 1-1 in the SEC and Mississippi State comes in at 2-2 with an 0-1 record in the conference. LSU has been playing well this season, but the defense has not been as stout as in past year, as the team is giving up over 20 points per game, including 44 last week against the Georgia Bulldogs.

The Tigers have played nearly all their games at home this season after opening against TCU at Cowboys Stadium and they won their first four games of the season. The team put up 50 on UAB and 45 points on Kent State, while the team defeated Auburn 35-21 before playing Georgia. The game against Mississippi State is the second game on the road in a row and will be part of a stretch that includes three road games in four weeks, with a home game against Florida and an away game against Ole Miss.

The team has a huge matchup next month against Alabama that could decide the SEC division and then the team will host Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M for the second to last game of the year. The Tigers will next play against Arkansas and then if all goes according to plan, Miles hopes to have the team in the conference championship

LSU is averaging over 450 yards per game this season and Zach Mettenberger has been playing very well at quarterback, helping the team average over 280 yards in the air per game. The team is scoring in bunches, averaging over 40 points per game and the team is giving up just over 24 points per game. Mississippi is coming off a big win against Troy and the team will play Bowling Green and Kentucky next after playing the Tigers and then they will play against South Carolina. The back stretch of the season includes tough games against Texas A&M, Alabama, on the road against Arkansas and lastly against Ole Miss.
