Fantasy Football Week 7 Waiver Free Agents: Brandon LaFell, Peyton Hillis, Percy Harvin, Julian Edelman and Mike Tolbert Best Options

The NFL schedule is now into Week 7 after the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night football and with fantasy matchups and leagues getting intense, some players to watch includes Brandon LaFell, Peyton Hillis, Percy Harvin, Julian Edelman and Mike Tolbert.

Julian Edelman has been the biggest target for Tom Brady after Danny Amendola went down and even with him back, the wideout has continued to play well, getting 11 targets last week while catching five balls for 57 yards. Two weeks ago he had a seven catch, 118 yard game and while he hasn't matched that yet, he has been very consistent, getting at least seven targets in the past five games.

Brandon LaFell came on last season for Cam Newton and he has continued that this season, making eight catches over his past two games with over 150 yards and a touchdown. He has been targeted 14 times the past two weeks and along with Mike Tolbert he could be a solid fantasy option going forward.

Hillis could be a solid option this week, but picking him up is more for the future, as he is just coming in with the Giants and likely will need some time to get acclimated to the offense. Hillis has done nothing since rushing for over 1,100 yards and scoring 11 touchdowns with the Browns in 2010 and he rushed for just 309 yards with the Chiefs last season, but for how bad The Giants are at rushing the ball, he will be an improvement.

The team is missing both David Wilson and Brandon Jacobs and they have been one of the worst rushing the ball this season, giving Hillis the chance to make some noise. He won't be a prime fantasy option, but he could be good down the line in deeper leagues.

Monday night football also features a number of players that could have big games, including Eli Manning, Adrian Peterson, Josh Freeman, Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks, Kyle Rudolph and Rueben Randle. Both teams are trying to save their seasons and the two have combined for just one win, with the Giants already 0-6 this season. Any hope for the playoffs is likely gone and now for any chance at an okay season, the team must win on Monday night.

Things are shaping up right for the Giants to win, which this season probably means they will find a way to screw it to. The Vikings are a bad team with one win and a new quarterback coming off of a bad loss, so if the G men can't win this game, there probably wasn't much hope for them anyway.
