The Baylor Bears have not slowed down one bit since Robert Griffin III was drafted into the NFL and this season their offense has been even more productive and explosive than Oregon and now the team will put that on the field as they host Iowa State at Floyd Casey Stadium on Saturday night in a game that will be on ESPNU and streaming on Watch ESPN for a Big 12 conference matchup.
Baylor has been very prolific on offense, averaging a whopping 700 yards per game this season and Bryce Petty has been very efficient, throwing for 1,680 yards and 13 touchdowns and the offense has been simply unstoppable. The team is second in the nation with over 400 yards per game and they are rushing for over 300, which ranks in the top five as well. The team is ranked first in scoring offense per game and the defense has played solid as well, averaging less than 20 points allowed per game, ranking 17th in the nation and after defeating Kansas State in their lowest scoring game of the season, Baylor will take on Iowa State.

Lache Seastrunk has been a driving force for the offense as well with over 600 rushing yards this season and he also has eight touchdowns. The team has scored 70 points or more in four games this season, including the four middle games in a row between wins over Wofford and Kansas State. The team is 50 overall and 2-0 within the Big 12 and they currently are among a few undefeated teams within the conference. The team stomped over West Virginia and then had a close game on the road against Kansas State and now they will face off against Iowa State.
Petty has put up some great numbers this season, including three touchdowns in the win against Kansas State with over 300 yards passing. He has thrown for nine touchdowns and just one pick over the past three games and he has just one turnover this season with 13 touchdowns overall in the air. Petty is completing over 69 percent of his passes this season and the team plays two tough games next against Texas Tech and Oklahoma and then they have a game against OK State.
After Oklahoma State on the road, the team then has another away game against TCU and then the biggest game of the year will be against Texas at the end of the season and the could be a huge Bug 12 game for the conference. Baylor and Iowa State will play on Saturday night at 7 pm in Texas and the game will be a Big 12 conference matchup on Watch ESPN and ESPNU.
