The Sunday night football game for Week 10 has the Dallas Cowboys visiting the New Orleans Saints and the matchup is one of the nest on the entire schedule and the game will air on NBC starting up at 8:30 pm ET and puts two division leaders up against each other coming into the back stretch of the season.
The Cowboys are heading into the matchup after a win over the Vikings and they can take advantage of the loss by the Redskins and they also are in the lead in the NFC East and now need to keep up after the Eagles won against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. The Giants are deep behind in the division but they are chasing as well and now the Cowboys will be in position to extend their lead in the division against one of the toughest teams in the league and the Superdome is also one of the hardest places to play in the NFL. The Cowboys have not been able to go on a sustained run of consistent play this season, but after defeating to the Vikes they have now won three of four games after losing two in a row and one could argue it should be a stream of four straight wins. The Cowboys allowed the Lions to sneak in and grab a last second win two weeks ago and now they play the Saints before heading into their bye week.

The Cowboys have been one of the best passing teams in the league, but so have the Saints and Drew Brees comes in directing an offense ranked third in the NFL with over 310 yards and the team also ranks fifth in passing yards allowed per game. The matchup of those units should be very interesting and the rushing attack for the Cowboys may find some space to run against the 25th ranked rushing defense with the Saints. New Orleans comes into the matchup on Sunday with a loss to the Jets last week and now they have lost two of three games after starting 5-0 and those losses were to AFC East opponents in NY and the Patriots and now they have a tough upcoming schedule against good teams in the NFC.
After playing against the Cowboys the Saints will play against the San Francisco 49ers in a very anticipated game at home and then they have two straight road games against the Atlanta Falcons and the Seattle Seahawks and that second game will be on Monday night football and since it's on the road, the Hawks will be favored and it could be the biggest offensive game of the season with those two matching up. The Saints have a clear shot to win the division, but the Carolina Panthers are coming up and now have won five games in a row and they just pulled off a huge win against the Niners. The games after the Seahawks will be tough as well with the Carolina Panthers twice and then the team has two road games and they will finish off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Cowboys come into the matchup looking better than the middle early stretch of the season when they lost three of four games and now they head into the game against the Saints before a bye week and after that is a huge road matchup against the NY Giants and that is a must win as well and then the team has a home matchup against the Oakland Raiders and that comes before a big matchup against the Chicago Bears on Monday night football and the game after that will be the Green Bay Packers. The Washington Redskins on the road should be a huge game as well and then the last home game of the season will be against the Philadelphia Eagles. The matchup on Sunday night will have the Dallas Cowboys visiting New Orleans and the Saints and the Sunday night matchup on NBC starts at 8:30 pm.
