The Minnesota Timberwolves will play two preseason games in October at the Target Center. They will have the Chicago Bulls over on October 13th and have invited the Isreali basketball team on October 16th.
This will be the first time the T'wolves will host an international team in Minnesota. In 2007 they had traveled and played in Turkey, but no foreign team had ever played in Minnesota in the organization's 24 years.
They will host the Maccabi Bazan Haifa, which play for the Israili Basketball Super League and is owned by American businessman Jeffrey Rosen.
Maccabi Bazan Haifa will also stop by the Golden State Warriors' home on October 11th.
All of this is great for the NBA as they continue to spread the sport and highlight talent from all around the world.
