The NBA on ESPN schedule for Wednesday picks up once again with some of the top games on the docket and the first matchup will be going on at 7:00 PM on ESPN and the WatchESPN streaming website and has the New York Knicks taking on the Indiana Pacers before the Houston Rockets play against the Dallas Mavericks starting up at 9:30 pm.
The two games are the premier matchups on the schedule and there are a number of other games going down as well, including the Brooklyn Nets taking on the Charlotte Bobcats and the Washington Wizards playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Nets are having a tough start to the season and the Wizards are coming off of a nice win over the Timberwolves and some of the other games going on early include the Miami Heat taking on the Orlando Magic as well as the Toronto Raptors taking on the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Detroit Pistons and the Atlanta Hawks play the lone 7:30 pm game on FSDT and TSOH, while the Blazers and Bucks play at 8 pm and that came will be on Fox Sports Wisconsin and CSNN. The Los Angeles Clippers are playing on the road against the Timberwolves in Minnesota and that game has Kevin Love and company off to a nice start, while the Utah Jazz will travel to their old haunting grounds to play the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Boston Celtics play a tough game on the road against the San Antonio Spurs, while the Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns play at 9 pm. The Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks will play at 9:30 pm and the final game is at 10:30 pm and will have the Memphis Grizzlies and the Golden State Warriors.
The Pacers are 9-1 this season and first in the division, while the Knicks are struggling and are 3-7 on the season. The Rockets are playing at 8-4 and second in the division, while the Mavericks are right there at 7-4.
