The New York Jets and the New England Patriots played a game that NY fans would rather forget last year on Thanksgiving on November 22 and in honor of turkey day, here is the play in all its glory, courtesy of YouTube, Mark Sanchez and Brandon Moore.
The play came during a terrible stretch for the Jets and is now the defining moment of Sanchez's tenure in NY. The fumble was recovered by the Patriots and returned for a touchdown and happened during a broken play when Sanchez tried to run and hit the, yes, butt of Brandon Moore and fell and lost the ball. This came during a stretch that saw the Patriots score an offensive, defensive and special teams touchdown in less than a minute. Yeah, that happened.
