The Kansas Jayhawks are looking like one of the best teams in the nation yet again and the number two ranked school in the country will get the chance to win a tournament championship early in the season, as Andrew Wiggins and company will take on the Villanova Wildcats in the championship of the Battle 4 Atlantis at Imperial Arena and the matchup should be a good one.
Kansas comes in with a 5-0 record after defeating Wake Forest on Thanksgiving and now the team will take on the Wildcats in a tough matchup and it puts together two of the best young players in the country. The team is coming in ranked in the top 10 in assists per game this season and in the top five in field goal percentage and they are scoring over 85 points per game and that is a tough offense to overcome. Wiggins has come in with plenty of hype, but so far he has delivered and he scored 17 against Wake in the win and he also led the team in assists. The upcoming schedule has some tough games for Kansas but nothing crazy until the conference schedule starts and the team plays on the road against Florida in December and later down the line they have a very tough stretch with three games in a row against ranked opponents.

Wiggins is thought by many to be the best option for the number one overall pick next season and the team has a tough conference to play against in the Big 12 and the Jayhawks should be the best team in the conference, with Oklahoma State looking good as well with Marcus Smart. The team plays against Iowa State first in January before playing against Oklahoma State and Baylor all in a row and each of those teams are currently ranked in the top 25 and other tough games in January includes Oklahoma on the road as well as TCU and then in February the team plays against Texas on the road before another matchup against Baylor.
Dylan Ennis and Wiggins are Canadian compatriots and he will be coming in with some talent as well and he has been very solid for the Wildcats and he will be one of the main focuses for the team as they play for the Atlantis championship.
