The Arizona State Sun Devils have a spot in the Pac-12 championship all locked up and on Saturday they will play the Arizona Wildcats at Sun Devil Stadium in one of the oldest rivalry games in college football in the Territorial Cup and the game will be on the Pac-12 Network and streaming online at 9:30 pm and is one of the best matchups of the weekend.
The Sun Devils come into the game after a win over the UCLA Bruins and the team has been one of the most impressive offensive units in the nation, averaging nearly 300 passing yards per game behind Taylor Kelly and now he is facing off against a solid Wildcats defense in the rivalry matchup. Kelly is leading the team with over 3,000 passing yards and 25 touchdowns and his leading receiver has nearly 1,000 yards and the team comes into the Territorial Cup winning six games in a row and they have won three of four games this season against top 25 teams and they come in after beating one in the Bruins and they are ranked 12th in the nation and couple move up with a win on Arizona. The team has won is past three road games and they had a nice stretch earlier this season against Washington and against Wisconsin and heading into the matchup against Arizona the Sun Devils already are set for a game with Stanford in the Pac-12 championship.

Arizona State has one of the best passing offenses in the nation and they have scored over 50 points multiple times this season and they come in with the 11th ranked scoring offense in the nation with over 40 points per game and the defense has been solid enough with 25 points allowed. Stanford is ranked number eight in the nation and there is plenty at stake on Saturday night apart from the Territorial Cup, as the Sun Devils can be the ones that host the Pac-12 conference championship, but if they lose to Arizona it will be at Stanford and that could be a tough game to win. Last season ASU won the game against Arizona after a huge comeback and now Rich Rodriguez will try to get his team back on track after losing that last year. Kelly is one of the most underrated players in the country and he will be the focus for both teams in the game on Saturday.
The Wildcats have been one of the best rushign teams in the nation thiss eason with Ka'Deem Carey and he is one of the leaders nationwide with 1,559 yards this season and the team is coming into the game after a huge win over Oregon on Saturday. That was the biggest upset for the team and now the Wildcats rank 12th in the nation in rushing yards with over 260 per game and the team is scoring over 30 points per contest and they will have to hold back Kelly to win on Saturday. The team has lost two of the past three games and before that the team has won three in a row and now they will be looking to end the season on a two game winning streak and winning over Arizona State would give the team a better bowl resume and after going through a number of streaks this season, the would end on another one. The team started 3-0 before losing two in a row and then after winning three games in a row the team lost back to back games against and now they are coming in after a victory over the Ducks. The Territorial Cup goes down on Saturday night at 9:30 pm on the Pac-12 Network.
