Dec 06, 2013 12:30 PM EST

The World Cup Draw has been completed from Brazil on Friday and the tournament is now set with 32 teams in the bracket split into eight groups and the team matchups are looking great and very exciting, as the first group has Brazil, Croatia as well as Mexico and Cameroon and that group could be a huge challenge for all the teams involved.

The groupings are now all set and the toughest groups are the G and D groups and the United States now is in the toughest spot of anyone, as they will be going over 8,000 miles round trip for their three opening matches and one of those will be in the Amazon World Cup site and that could be a huge challenge for the team. The Group D grouping has a tough set with Uruguay, Costa Rica as well as England and Italy and the Group G set has the United States, Germany as well as Ghana and Portugal and that could be considered the second group of death for many. England got placed in a very tough spot as well, as they are in the third spot in Group D and that means some crazy travel as well.

The US had a 29 percent chance of making it into the spot they did and now they will be in a group that travels over 8,000 miles and nearly 9,000 for their opening games and the matches in Natal, Manaus and Recife will be very tough and the US now opens their group G play against Ghana, while Germany and Portugal will play their first match on June 16th as well.

The schedule has a number of exciting games, including the opening group matches with Australia and Chile as well as England and Italy and some other matches include Argentina playing Bosnia, as well as Uruguay and Costa Rice and on top of that Colombia and Greece will also play. There are a number of groups that could be considered the group of death and the US is in one of them and it could be because of travel as well, but the teams are very tough. Brazil has a decent schedule, but they should be able to handle it. Wow, what a draw.
