Chicago Bulls vs. Oklahoma City Thunder Live Stream: Watch Online NBA Game TNT Streaming

Dec 19, 2013 07:53 PM EST

The Chicago Bulls came into the season as a possible championship contender and another injury to Derrick Rose has derailed all that and while the team hasn't given up on things, they are much more difficult and the team will see why on Thursday night for the NBA on TNT, as they will kick off the doubleheader from OKC at the Chesapeake Energy Arena at 8:00 pm and the game will be streaming live at 8 PM from the NBA.com League Pass site.

The Bulls comes into the matchup after a tough loss to the Houston Rockets that saw the team give up over 100 points on the road and while the Rockets are a good team, that is not characteristic of the Bulls, who rank in the top five in scoring defense in the league this season. The Rockets were in control for most of the game and the Bulls got 20 points from a now healthy Jimmy Butler and also got 10 boards from Joakim Noah and nine assist from new signing DJ Augustin, who is going to provide depth in the lineup without Rose around. The Bulls come into the game 9-15 and if they don't start turning things around this could be the NY Knicks 2.0 and the Thunder come in with 20 wins and they have matched the Pacers with their start.

The Bulls have not been as sharp on defense as in recent years and missing Rose has been a big hit on the offense as well, as the team is averaging just 91 points per game this season. The team is ranked seventh in rebounding with Luol Deng, Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer playing well, but the team has a huge missing link in Rose, who hopes to be back by the end of the season but that is looking like it will be unlikely. The team ranks 15th in the league in assist per game and their next game comes at home at the United Center against another team that has had a disappointing run in the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Both teams have been mentioned in numerous trade rumors already this season, with the Cavs looking like they will trade Dion Waiters after his issues with Kyrie Irving, while the Bulls have Luol Deng, a free agent this summer and a player that many teams will be calling about. The Bulls have a tough schedule coming up and they are now third in the central division behind the Indiana Pacers, who are looking like the best team in the east apart from the Miami Heat. The team plays against the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays on Christmas and that is a rematch from the playoffs last season.

Oklahoma City comes into the matchup with Chicago playing well and the team is coming off of a win against the Denver Nuggets on the road and the team has a huge matchup with the San Antonio Spurs coming next. The team is playing very well and is second in the western conference and the team comes in ranked in the top 10 in points allowed, rebounds per game and scoring with over 100 points per game. The Thunder have Kevin Durant leading the team in scoring and he has been playing very well once again this season and now they will play against the Bulls and they both would like to get a win on Thursday and the matchup will be on TNT at 8 pm.
