The Dallas Cowboys are still alive for the playoffs despite losing a very embarrassing game last week against the Green Bay Packers and now they will face off against a familiar foe in the Washington Redskins on Sunday in Week 16 and it comes before the final matchup against the Eagles and the game on Sunday will be on FOX at 1 pm and will be streaming live online from FedEx Field.
Robert Griffin of course will not be playing and Tony Romo will be looking to rebound from the bad loss to the Packers and it was mostly hung on him for tossing two interceptions late in the game and now the team is on the cusp of missing the playoffs again this season. The team had a clear shot at winning the division title, but now they have to win out and the past two seasons, the Cowboys have lost to the Giants and the Redskins in Week 17 with the division on the line. The Cowboys gave up way too many yards last week and Eddie Lacy ended up with over 140 yards rushing for the Packers and Romo had a nice game with 358 yards but missed on the plays he needed to make, while Dez Bryant ended up with 153 yards on the day as well. The team comes in ranked 16th in the league in passing yards and they are ranked dead last in the league in passing yards per game allowed and they will have to watch out for Kirk Cousins and the Redskins offense.

The Cowboys have been up and down all season and they are a very streaking team ay 7-7, as they have been .500 overall for years and have lost the last two against the Chicago Bears and Packers in the NFC North while giving up way too many points and yards and that came after two straight wins over the Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders.
Dallas had a nice stretch with three wins in four weeks over the Skins, Eagles and Vikings while losing to the Lions and they remain undefeated in the division heading into the final two weeks, but if they can't win on Sunday, all of that may not matter and they also had a rough stretch at the beginning of the season with losses to the Chargers and the Broncos.
The Redskins have been a mess all season and now they play against the Cowboys before a final game against the Giants and after making the playoffs last season and winning the division, the team has nothing to play for and RG3 is not even in the lineup and they come in after a one point loss to the Atlanta Falcons and then next week they finish on the road after having this home game and the matchup with the Falcons had the two most disappointing teams in the NFC against each other and as bad as the Redskins have been, they still can beat the Cowboys. The team gains 140 rushing yards per game and that is another weak area for the Cowboys and they need a win on Sunday and it will be on Tony Romo's shoulders again.
