Traditionally, Miami Heat has given the Atlanta Hawks plenty of headaches in the past. Normally, the Hawks struggle against the Heats' size and fail to score and keep up against the two-time reigning champs. However, this matchup could be different as the Hawks are surging on offense and look to capitalize.

Atlanta has won three games in a row as they enter a matchup with Miami. The team is operating under one of the league's best ball-moving offense. The average an NBA best 25.6 assists per game, but are putting up 34.7 during their win streak. As a result, the team is shooting 52.9 percent from the field while averaging 118.7 points per game.

Jeff Teague and Al Horford as leading the offensive charge. Teague put up 14.7 points during the streak, while Horford is shooting 65.1 percent. That offense is what gives the team hope that they can break an eight game losing streak to Miami as they normally average just 87.6 points against the champs.

That could be the issue as the Hawks have one of the worst defenses in the league when facing Miami. They average 18.7 turnovers against the team. Facing the top defense in Miami puts even more pressure on the offense.

Miami is on fire this season and despite a slow defense against the Sacramento Kings, they made up for it in offense. The team shot 61.4 percent despite allowing the Kings to shoot 58.1 percent, a season high. The Heat made 10 of 23 3-point hosts in the 122-103 win. They are also on a win streak, having won four straight and aim to keep that momentum going in Atlanta.
