The English Premier League schedule picks up on New Year's Day with a number of exciting matches on the schedule, as Liverpool will be taking on Hull City at the Anfield, while Everton will be visiting Stoke City at Britannia Stadium and this comes after the Boxing Day matches last week and matches over the weekend and also after Manchester City won over Swansea and now these matches can be watched on the NBC live extra streaming online.
Chelsea and Southampton are also playing, while Manchester United and Tottenham will be going at it in the later match and that has the potential to be the best match of the day at Old Trafford and other clubs in action includes Crystal Palace, Fulham, West Ham United, West Brom and Newcastle, Stoke City and Everton as well as Norwich City and Arsenal.
The table coming into the day had Arsenal back in the lead, but after the early match, Manchester City is there for the time being and if the Gunners can get a positive result again on Wednesday for New Years Day, the club should be able to secure the top spot again and they currently have a lead over Chelsea as well as Everton and Liverpool heading into play on the day and this comes after the Reds were able to get to the top of the table and now things in the standings are very tight and Manchester United is moving up the standings and is getting closer to the top, while Tottenham has been playing much better as well.
