Jan 29, 2014 02:32 PM EST

Sunderland and Stoke City are going at it on Wednesday on the Barclays Premier League schedule and the match is streaming online and on the radio and the NBC Sports Live Extra has TV coverage and the match will be from the Stadium of Light and is one of four on the day before the busy EPL weekend schedule picks up.

Sunderland comes into the day in the relegation zone at 19 on the table and Stoke City is a bit farther ahead at number 16 and that makes this match important for both sides as they try to remain in the EPL and this one could be good for both if they get the victory. Arsenal comes in leading the table once again, but that could be for a short while, as Manchester City is within striking distance to take over on Wednesday when they play Tottenham at White Hart Lane and that could put them in first place just ahead of Arsenal, who had a draw on Tuesday against Southampton to stay just two points up.

Chelsea is playing against West Ham United and they are in third on the table and they can tie Arsenal with a win on Wednesday and the match will be from Stamford Bridge and is a nice test for Jose Mourinho's club as they try to get to the top part of the standings. Liverpool won big on Tuesday over Everton by the score of 4-0 and they got goals from Luis Suarez and Steven Gerrard as well as Daniel Sturridge and now they are ahead of Tottenham and Everton in the standings as well.

Everton is up ahead of Manchester United and they have been playing better since earlier in the season and they have a lead over Newcastle and Southampton on the table. Man U got the win over Cardiff City on Tuesday after a goal from Robin Van Persie in his return to the lineup and they got a second goal from Ashley Young to take the game 2-0 and that came before the draw by Arsenal against Southampton and that result could shake up the top of the league table on Wednesday. Liverpool was excellent on Tuesday from the Anfield and now they are making a nice run and Luis Suarez continues to lead the EPL in scoring by a large margin with 23 goals.
