Daytona 500 Race Live Stream: Watch Online NASCAR Sprint Cup Streaming After Delay Fox

Feb 23, 2014 01:18 PM EST

The Daytona 500 is coming live on Sunday and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Race is the season opener and it will be on FOX starting up at 1:30 pm ET and streaming online from the FoxSports2Go.com website and comes after Austin Dillon won the pole for the race and he is in the top position bringing back the number three car to the track again at Daytona International Speedway.

The race comes a year after another rookie won the pole last season in Danica Patrick and now she will be in the back end with Tony Stewart after some issues with her engine earlier in the week and Dillon now is the second rookie in a row to take the top spot at Daytona. Denny Hamlin is looking to set a milestone as the first three time winner during the opening week, as he won two races already including a Duel on Thursday night and now he is looking to take the top spot on Sunday in the race results after taking the Duel along with his teammate Matt Kenseth.

Denny Hamlin and Matt Kenseth took the Duels on Thursday and now they have the chance to get in good position on Sunday in the race after Speedweeks and it comes after their team in Joe Gibbs Racing has won the race only once and that was back in 1991 with Dale Jarrett. The races on Thursday had quite the dramatic flair, with the second one ending in a bit of a mess after last years champion Jimmie Johnson ran out of gas and that ended up forcing a crash on the lap at the end and Clint Bowyer flipped. The first race did not have those fireworks, with Kenseth leading over half the laps and he took it over on the final lap to win the race.

Dillon comes in bringing the number three car back to Daytona and he has a new sponsor this week after winning the pole and on Saturday the first Nationwide race was won by Regan Smith and he beat out champ from the year before on the Sprint Cup in Brad Keselowski. The two had a crash last year at Daytona and things ended with a crash at the race and this time around Smith finished things clean over Keselowski, taking the Nationwide race at Daytona on Saturday night and that crash last year was a tough one, as 30 fans in the stands were injured after the accident occurred. The race ended within a second of each other and that was the second closest finish at Daytona and came ahead of Trevor Bayne and Kyle Busch and Danica Patrick finished in 19th.
