English Premier League Results EPL Table Standings: Chelsea Leads As Liverpool Wins, Ties Arsenal Ahead Of Manchester City

The English Premier League table has Chelsea on top after the results on Saturday and the Blues lead Liverpool and Arsenal in the EPL standings ahead of Manchester City, who did not play since they have the Capital One Cup with Sunderland coming on Sunday.

Chelsea remains in first place after their victory on Saturday, while Liverpool is now second after winning and they are tied with 59 points with the Gunners ahead of Manchester City and Tottenham in the top five. Everton is next on the table ahead of Manchester United and Newcastle United, while Southampton, West Ham and Hull City are next. Everton won over West Ham on the schedule, while Chelsea won 3-1 over Fulham.

The Blues now have remained in first place for a few weeks and Newcastle United won on the schedule over Hull City, with Stoke City winning over Arsenal at home at Britannia Stadium to keep them in second and they are now tied in points with Liverpool, who won against Southampton to move over idle Manchester City.

Andre Schürrle scored a hat trick for Chelsea, while Newcastle won big over Hull City on the road and they got two goals from Moussa Sissoko. Arsenal lost after a lone goal from Jonathan Walters on a penalty kick for Stoke City and now they remain behind Chelsea, while Liverpool won 3-0 over Southampton after goals from Luis Suarez, Steven Gerrard and Raheem Sterling, with Suarez leading the EPL in scoring.
