Erik Spoelstra has recently circled around the question regarding Chris Bosh's role in the NBA Finals. Recently, Spoelstra became a little clearer about whether Bosh will start or not.
"How we use Chris might be a little bit more like how we used him during the regular season," said Spoelstra.
Okay, so if we go to his stat sheet during the regular season, in the 57 games Chris Bosh played, he was a starter in all of them.
Interesting.
So far in the playoffs he has been coming off the bench. In the first two games he averaged under 30 minutes, but Spoelstra has increased his playing time. Bosh has totaled 64 minutes in the last two games.
Chris Bosh might as well start the game if he is playing so many minutes.
This will force somebody from the bench to score points, as the Heat bench scored just two points in Game 1.
Mike Miller has to step up and make a difference in the game if Bosh gets the start.
We will see what these words mean from Spoesltra at the start of Game 2.
The Heat will try to get back into the series and Bosh could make the difference if he is allowed to start.
