The EPL Table has Chelsea in first place after their tough loss Saturday and the English Premier League standings has the Blues in the top position over Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal in the top four heading into play on Sunday and the Reds will have the chance to get back into first place and they matchup with Tottenham in the late match at the Anfield.

Chelsea suffered one of their toughest defeats in years with a 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace on the road and that team is in danger of relegation and they won after an own goal from John Terry and now the top of the EPL table is very tight. The team now has to make sure they get back on track next week, as Liverpool plays on Sunday and Man City got a point after they were able to pull a draw on the road at Emirates Stadium against Arsenal. Manchester United won against Aston Villa at home at Old Trafford and they played well on the day, while Southampton won with a four goal shutout against Newcastle.

Stoke City and Hull City played 1-0 for the home team and West Brom pulled a draw with Cardiff City and in the late match Arsenal and Man City drew in the late match. Fulham and Everton are playing at Craven Cottage on Sunday and Wayne Rooney continued his strong play as of late, putting in two goals and one was on a penalty, while Juan Mata also added a goal and this came after Villa went up 1-0 in the first 15 minutes with a goal from Ashley Westwood before Rooney came back with a score and now he has been as hot as anyone since Robin Van Persie went down.

Chelsea now has a one point lead over Liverpool and they are playing tomorrow and will pull even in games played, while Man City has two games in hand on the teams ahead and they are in the mix at just two points back, while the Gunners are three back of that spot. The top four teams are in firm position heading down the backstretch and Everton and Tottenham are up over Manchester United and they will need to play very well for the chance to get into qualification position.
