Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are playing live on the UEFA Champions League schedule on Wednesday and the first leg match of the semis will be at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu and is streaming online from the Fox Soccer 2Go website and starts up at 2:45 pm ET and it may have the return of Cristiano Ronaldo for Real as they look to get an edge in the opening game.

Real Madrid comes in after their Copa Del Rey finals victory against Barcelona and they played that without Ronaldo and now the superstar is set to possibly return for this match and it comes at the perfect time for the club. Real Madrid comes in after wins against Barca and Almeria in their last two matches and before that they finished off the quarters against Borussia Dortmund and the team was able to hold them off at three to two on aggregate and now the club plays against last year's champs of the Champions League in Bayern Munich and they have been one of the best teams in Europe this year once again.

Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale are the leading scorers for Real and Bale came through in a big way against Barca and he will get a boost if Ronaldo can return on Wednesday. Manager Carlo Ancelotti said that he will not put Ronaldo out on the pitch unless he is fully healthy and ready to go and he has been back at full training since he injured his knee earlier in the month. Ronaldo last played in the first leg against Dortmund and he had to leave that game with 10 minutes left after hurting his knee and he has been working on coming back and getting over a hamstring injury he also had. Ronaldo is leading the league with 14 goals in UCL games and Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola said that his team would be preparing for having Ronaldo in the game. Manuel Neuer is expected to be back after dealing with an injury and the teams will be looking to get off to a good start in the semifinals and the winner here of this round will face Chelsea or Atletico Madrid.

Bayern Munich has not had much competition in Bundesliga this year and they clinched the title a long time ago, while Atletico Madrid remains at the top of the La Liga table in the Spanish Primera Division and they are four up on Barcelona and Real Madrid is two points back from there. Chelsea and Atletico played to a scoreless draw in their first leg and now jose Mourinho and his team will get a chance in the second leg at Stamford Bridge.

Real Madrid has a busy end to the season and the La Liga schedule extends into May and after playing against Bayern in the opening leg, the team matches up with Osasuna and then has the away second leg at Allianz Arena against the defending champs. The team then has a solid stretch at the end of the season and they play against Valencia, Real Valladolid, Celta Vigo and Espanyol and that could give them enough to get to the top of the league table by seasons end.
