That does not seem like a lot, but this could be the difference between winning gold or silver.

With the suits, the U.S. will attempt to cut the gap between their racers and Usain Bolt, who is an absolute monster.
The suits use more dense material, but after experts studied golf balls, they noticed that the dimples and texture of golf balls make them effective.
Along with the suits, Nike created sneakers that would reduce the weight by 19 percent. The sneakers, which will be used by marathon runners, will help them from lugging the weight equivalent of a car after the marathon is complete.
