The Brewers have been one of the best teams in baseball and they have a nice lead in the NL Central and they are likely a playoff team the way they are playing. The Nationals have come on and they have taken over the NL East for the time being over the Marlins and the Braves. The Nats have lost four games in a row on the road and Garza comes in pitching well as of late and he could be the key for the Brewers in the matchup and he will be looking to shut down the Nats at home and he has not pitched against the team since 2012.

The pitching has been solid as well and they are in the top half in ERA and second in quality starts and the pitching has been a strength. The Nationals come in ranked in the bottom half in runs and most offensive categories, while the team is second in ERA and ninth in quality starts and fifth in WHIP.
