The Toronto Blue Jays have finally started to find a way to win at Yankee Stadium after two seasons with a dismal record on the road in New York. Toronto continues to secure their position on top of the American League East standings as they prepare to sweep the Yankees for the first time in 14 years. The Blue Jays have proved to be a contending team this season and one more win will only continue that reputation.

Prior to this series, the Blue Jays had put up a 16-game losing streak in New York where the only mustered up 2.8 runs per game. However, they have totaled 15 in the past two games. Dioner Navarro and Jose Reyes have each had a solid two games in the Bronx handing New York a potential five-game losing streak. Things were looking shaky on Tuesday as the Blue Jays slowly blew a 6-0 lead, but Reyes scored the winning run off an error in the bottom of the ninth.

Toronto has found some momentum in these past two games after losing 11 of their last 15 games prior to the series. But the offense has found their swing. Navarro is 5 of 8 with five RBIs. To help things even more, the Blue Jays are expecting to get Edwin Encarnacion back into the lineup after he injured his elbow. He is batting .436 in his past 10 games while going .400 against the Yankees.

Toronto will send Drew Hutchison to the mound. He is 5-5 with a 3.86 ERA on the season. He has struggled against the Yankees this season, giving up 10 runs and 12 hits in two games. He also allowed four runs on Thursday. Derek Jeter likes hitting against Hutchison. He is batting .348 against the pitcher.

The Yankees will rely on Hiroki Kuroda who is 4-5 with a 4.23 ERA this season. He is 3-0 with a 1.29 ERA against the Blue Jays which should help the team. Kuroda is struggling in June, posing a 3.33 ERA in two straight losses.
