The World Cup 2014 final is live on Sunday with Germany and Argentina on ABC and the live stream is from WatchESPN and comes after the third place game is live on Saturday with Brazil taking on the Netherlands live on ESPN, streaming from ESPN Radio and also on Univision at 4 pm ET and the match from Estádio Nacional de Brasilia will have the host nation trying to forget about their awful defeat against Germany as they finish up this tournament and the country now will have to deal with hosting this major event and not even winning it.

Neymar getting hurt was a tough break for Brazil and they also had to play without Thiago Silva in the game against Germany after he got his second yellow card and that may have been even more devastating. Brazil seemingly could not or would not defend against germany and they allowed five goals in a 30 minute span and were just demolished by halftime and ended up losing in the semifinals 7-1. The Third place match is often criticized by the teams playing in it, but in this case Brazil realizes this can't get any worse (they hope) than the Germany game and they can at least end things with a third place finish.

The Dutch come in after finishing as the runners-up in South Africa to Spain and now they have the chance for a third place finish with a win over Brazil. The Dutch have complained about this game and many have said it is just another way for FIFA to make money and Arjen Robben said he thinks the team should be home already, so take that for what it's worth. The Dutch side opened up their group play with a huge win against Spain and they have performed well in this tournament and are now in this game after losing to Lionel Messi and Argentina.

The Last three third place games have been decent, as often times teams are not as conservative as in the knockout games since this one is only for the second runner up. Many have been decided late and they have been high scoring as well and now Brazil at least has pride to play for and since the Dutch have been so against the game, it will be even more embarrassing if they lose again. Luiz Felipe Scolari did not put much blame on his team, but they appeared to give up a bit once Germany started scoring in bunches and he has been asked to step down, but has shown no signs of doing that.

Louis Van Gaal is heading to Manchester United after this game along with Robin Van Persie and they are hoping to take down Brazil. The Brazilian side has a ton to make up for after the 7-1 loss and now they get the chance to do that.
