NFL Preseason 2014 Schedule: TV Start Time and Channel For Week 2 Games Starting Thursday

The NFL Preseason schedule for 2014 has Week 2 starting thursday and the TV start time and channel for that game is on ESPN and matchups continue Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from FOX, the NFL Network, NBC, ESPN and CBS through the weekend, as the Chicago Bears open the schedule ahead of the New England Patriots against the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, NY Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns, who play Monday night football against the Washington Redskins.

The schedule opens up on Thursday and has the Jacksonville Jaguars against the Chicago Bears and that will be at Soldier Field. The game is the debut of Monday night football for the exhibition season and the matchup starts at 8 pm ET on ESPN and the WatchESPN website and will give Blake Bortles another chance to play against a pro defense after making his debut in Week 1.

The Friday schedule has some great matchups, as the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots kick things off at 7:30 pm ET on the NFL Network. The Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints play at 8 pm Et, while the San Diego Chargers matchup with the Seattle Seahawks and that will be at 10 pm ET. The Detroit Lions visit the Oakland Raiders at O.co Coliseum and the game from CenturyLink Field will be on NFL Network as the champs host SD.

The Saturday schedule is a full slate and the first game has the Green Bay Packers taking on the St. Louis Rams and that will be on the NFL Network starting at 4 pm Et. The New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts will be playing at Lucas Oil Stadium and NY sure loves the Drum after playing the Pats there and winning the Super Bowl and that game will be at 7 pm ET. The 7 pm slate also has the Jets and the Bengals, while the Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys are playing on the NFL Network and that game is on at 7 pm et.

The Saturday schedule continues with the Buffalo Bills taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers and that will be ahead of the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers playing. The Atlanta Falcons are playing on the road against the Houston Texans, while the Arizona Cardinals and the Minnesota Vikings are matching up in the final game on Saturday night.

The Sunday schedule has the Denver Broncos taking on the San Francisco 49ers in an anticipated matchup and that will be on NFL Network at 4 pm. The last game of the weekend will be the Kansas City Chiefs and Carolina Panthers and that will be on Fox starting up at 8 pm ET. ESPN has two games this week and it will be the Cleveland Browns against the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field to close things out.
