Chelsea won its first English Premier League match of the season on Monday with a 3-1 victory against Burnley at Turf Moor and that started things off on a good note for the Blues, who received goals from Diego Costa and Andre Schurrle to get things done for Jose Mourinho to start the year.

Chelsea scored all three goals before the half and one of them could be the goal of the year already across football after a great pass from Cesc Fabregas to start his season off right. According to Pro Soccer Talk, Chelsea now leads the EPL standings for the time being and while it's just one week into the season, the Blues feel they need to get off to a nice start after the way last season ended.

Burnley had a goal in the first half and took the lead on Chelsea, but they were able to come back and now Chelsea has won all five of their opening games under Mourinho. Thibaut Courtois had a very strong game and he now looks to be the man in net and the beautiful goal scored by Chelsea had three quick touches before getting into the net. Costa had a nice game and now the Blues have some momentum as they head into Stamford Bridge.
