The LA Angels and Boston Red Sox are playing live on the MLB schedule on Wednesday and the game is live on ESPN and the WatchESPN website starting at 7 pm ET and the game has Garrett Richards against Clay Buchholz and the matchup is big for Los Angeles, as they are in a heated division and wild card race right now in the American League.
Mike Trout has been having another fantastic season and he is likely to end up with the MVP award after missing out on the past two. The Angels have now taken over the first place spot in the AL west and they have been great this season and look like one of the strongest in the AL. Richards has been pitching like an ace and now the team is looking to keep things going against Boston as they head into a hugely important series with the Oakland Athletics, who they now are trying to push down in the standings.
The Angels are playing very well offensively and their bullpen has been fantastic after getting off to a bad start and all of a sudden the team now is leading the division, Richards has been pitching as good as anyone not named Felix Hernandez and now the team is relying on him to get things done against the Red Sox.
