Aug 28, 2014 06:51 PM EDT

The Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers are playing on the Week 4 NFL preseason schedule heading into the 2014 season and the game starts at 7 pm ET and comes from Lambeau Field as playoff teams from the AFC and NFC battle for their last preseason game and this comes as Aaron Rodgers is looking to stay healthy and the Packers could be very good, while KC has to deal with Denver in the AFC West again.

The Packers dealt with Rodgers missing time last season and they still made the playoffs and now they are looking to keep everyone healthy heading into the season. The Chiefs went from worst to almost first after hiring Andy Reid and now they have Alex Smith coming back along with Jamaal Charles. Last season Charles was one of the best players in the league and the Chiefs now are looking to get back to the postseason.

The Chiefs had a very good season after picking overall number one in the draft last year and they are expecting big things again from Charles, who has shown that he is the best dual threat player in the league at RB. Last season he had a ton of yards on the ground and led the team in receptions and as long as he stays healthy, the Chiefs have a good chance at winning again. The Packers have Randall Cobb coming back healthy after he missed most of the season with injuries and he is a major game changer in the NFL.

The Packers need Rodgers and Randall Cobb to stay healthy, but they also have some strong weapons in Eddie Lacy and Jordy Nelson as well. Nelson just got a nice contract extension and Lacy has shown that he is a very good back, winning the rookie of the year award last season and going for over 1,000 yards. The team comes in after as win against the Oakland Raiders in the preseason and now they will open the entire season against the Seattle Seahawks after they won the Super Bowl and that will be at the Link in Washington.

The Packers have won two in a row and they have a tough slate to start the season, including three of four on the road. The team opens away before coming home to the Jets at Lambeau and then they have two huge divisional road games with the Lions and Bears. The team has three NFC North games in a row and that is important, as they play the Vikings right after that. The rest of the schedule has some tough games, including the Patriots as well as the Eagles and the team also has to play two of three on the road to end the season.
