The Indianapolis Colts have Reggie Wayne coming back and fantasy football owners see him as a strong draft pick this season and names like TY Hilton, Andrew Luck, Trent Richardson, Dwayne Allen, Coby Fleener and Hakeem Nicks should also be very solid and the team could have sleepers in Hilton, Richardson and Ahmad Bradshaw depending on how the offense gels together after the injuries last season.
Luck has the chance to push himself into the top 10 or top 5 of fantasy quarterbacks, as he has a number of weapons on offense to choose from with Dwayne Allen and Wayne coming back along with Hilton and Nicks, who signed as a free agent. Last season Luck had his second straight strong year and while he was not over 4000 yards, he should be able to reach that number this year with the new additions and players coming back healthy.
Hilton was a breakout player last season and adding Nicks could help give him even more opportunities. Hilton had 82 catches and 1083 yards last season and he is a big play threat down the field. Luck will be looking his way often and he could have a massive season.
Wayne is the key to all of this, as he showed last season that he is still a very good receiver despite his age and he is the go-to guy for Luck. Wayne missed half the season last year and only played in seven games, but he still made an impact with 38 catches for 503 yards and now he is coming back after not missing any games before that in his career since back in 2002. Wayne was the definition of consistency and goo health and now he wants to get back to that. Two years ago Wayne had 106 catches for 1355 yards and five scores and that is the type of production he wants this season.
Trent Richardson is looking to have a bounce back season after he was traded to the Colts from the Browns and while he was not great last year, he has the chance to be a sleeper now. Richardson still possess the talent he had when he was a great rookie player and now he is trying to get back to that after a tough season last year. Richardson did not have the production he had with the Browns, which saw him rush for 950 yards and an impressive 11 touchdowns. Richardson also had 51 catches for 367 yards that season, but last year he was back to 563 yards and 35 catches for 316 yards.
Donald Brown is gone and that's one less player for Richardson to worry about, while Bradshaw is looking to come back healthy after dealing with injuries last season. Allen is a player with tons of potential and he is coming back after missing all of the last season. As a rookie Allen had 45 catches for 521 yards and was solid for Luck, but last season he played in one game and missed the rest of the year and now he is looking to bounce back. Bradshaw had just 186 yards last season in three games and now he is looking to try and stay healthy this year.
