Jordan Cameron Fantasy: Cleveland Browns TE Out Week 2 After Injury? Andrew Hawkins, Miles Austin, Travis Benjamin WR Starters for Brian Hoyer as Ben Tate Hurt

The Cleveland Browns are already down one offensive performer for Week 2 and they could be down a second. The Browns announced that running back Ben Tate could be out for the next few weeks following a knee injury in Week 1. Now, it appears that Jordan Cameron could also be out at least a week with a shoulder injury, leaving the Browns to sign a few agent as a backup plan.

Against Pittsburgh, Cameron re-injured a sprained shoulder that is now leaving him questionable for Week 2. Cameron had been nursing the injury in the offseason and looked to be healthy entering 2014. However, one hard hit left the tight end down and now Cleveland is scrambling for offensive help going forward.

According to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, the Browns have signed Gerell Robinson off the free agent market so help with the absence of Cameron. The Browns originally worked out veteran Kellen Davis. He played four games for the Seattle Seahawks in their Super Bowl winning season. David is a marginal receiver at best and a big downgrade from Cameron, but Robinson is not that much better. He was on the Denver Broncos practice squad to start this season out.

The injury to Cameron is concerning. The tight end is needed in the wake of Josh Gordon's year-long suspension and having him miss any period of time puts a good amount of pressure on the players around him. He finished the first game ranking second on the receiving list with two catches for 47 yards. Brian Hoyer will have to step up his arm is Cameron is not good to go.

With the running back and tight end out, players Terrance West and Andrew Hawkins become very important. They both had strong opening games. Travis Benjamin will be a big asset moving forward. He put up two catches for 20 yards while players like Miles Austin did the same.

The Browns have a big challenge ahead of them. The team will face the New Orleans Saints in Week 2 who are coming off an overtime loss to the Atlanta Falcons. They are looking for redemption and are expected to push the Browns defense. If Cleveland wants to win a shootout, several players must step up.
