The Texas A&M Aggies are playing Rice on the college football schedule on Saturday night and the game is live from Kyle Field and the 12th man will be in full force as Kenny Hill tries to keep the team undefeated and the matchup is on ESPN2 on TV and streaming online from WatchESPN starting up at 9 pm ET.
The Aggies have had to deal with replacing Johnny Manziel and so far Kevin Sumlin has not missed a beat with Hill in the lineup and now he could be a sleeper Heisman candidate. The Aggies dropped 73 points against Lamar last week and they previously beat South carolina soundly to open the season and they are a major threat in the SEC and they could have one of the best offenses in the nation.
Hill had a great game against South Carolina and he has nearly 800 passing yards already with seven touchdowns in two games. South Carolina and Lamar are the two wins on the schedule already, while SMU is next and they have looked horrible this season. Those games are easy and the next stretch is the tough part for the team, with Arkansas and Miss State opening the SEC schedule.
The games after that are a gauntlet with Ole Miss and Alabama the next games and then the team has Auburn and Missouri after playing UL Monroe. The team ends the season with LSU at home and while they have a very tough schedule, it's one that likely holds up very well with the college football playoff. The team dropped over 50 points in the opening game of the season and 70 against Lamar and now they have the chance to do it once again at home against Rice.
