NFL Standings 2014: AFC and NFC Division Leaders With Win-Loss Records In Week 5

The NFL Standings for the 2014 season as some surprising division leaders in the AFC and NFC heading into Week 5, as teams like the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals, Arizona cardinals, Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans and San Diego Chargers are tops in wins and losses for the time being as the schedule picks up this week.

The NFC East is wide open for now this season, with the Cowboys, Eagles and Giants all in the mix. Dallas and Philly are tops with 3-1 records, while the Giants are second with a 2-2 record and the team plays against both those teams in the next two weeks. The Redskins looked bad on Thursday night and they are in last place at 1-3.

The NFC North has the Lions playing well and Detroit is 3-1 and they are leading that division. The Packers, Vikings and Bears are all 2-2 and now the Lions have the chance to keep things going after a strong win against the Jets. The NFC South has the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons at 2-2 ahead of the Saints and Buccaneers, while the Arizona Cardinals lead the west at 3-0.

The AFC East is wide open and has the Buffalo Bills, Dolphins and Patriots 2-2, while the Jets have a 1-3 record after opening with a win against the Raiders. The AFC North has one of the undefeated teams with the Bengals at 3-0, while the Ravens, Steelers and Browns are next in line. The AFC South has the Texans leading the Colts, while the Titans and Jaguars are in the bottom of the division. The AFC West has the Chargers ahead of the Broncos, while the Chiefs and Raiders are third and fourth in the standings.
