Reigning NBA Rookie of the Year, Kyrie Irving, in a bold move issued 1-on-1 a challenge to NBA All-Star Kobe Bryant after a Team USA practice Friday. This won't be like some playground basketball 1-on-1 game, what's at stake in this one is $50,000 towards charity.
Kyrie publically issued the challenge in front of Bryant, the rest of Team USA, and the camera man shooting a video for DukeBluePlanet.com.
The back-and-forth banter between the two is worth watching as both continue to trash talk until they ultimately come to an agreement.
The trash talk becomes even more humorous when Bryant compared Irving to Lil Bow Wow, saying "you all are about the same size."
The challenge is set for "next summer", so now all we can do is sit and wait in anticipation to see the $50,000 showdown.
