US Gymnastics Olympic Team 2012: Full Roster of Women and Men Representing Country in London

As the London 2012 Olympics get closer, we bring you the roster for the USA Gymnastics Team.

This team is young and talented.

Leading the way for the Women is Gabrielle Douglas. She posted a 163.450 in the Olympic trials in the beginning of the month to get her an automatic qualification for the US team.

Douglas, who resides from Virginia Beach, is only 16, turning 17 in December. She will be competing in her first Olympics.

She will be accompanied by McKayla Maroney from Long Beach, California, Aly Raisman from Needham, Massachusetts, Kyla Ross from Aliso Viejo, California and Jordyn Wieber from DeWitt, Michigan.

Maroney, is also 16-years-old. Wieber is 17 and Raisman just turned 18 in May. 

The youngest of all the female US representatives is Ross, who is 15 now and turning 16 in late October.

On the Men's team goes into London a little more seasoned. They have veteran 26-year-old Jonathan Horton.

Horton is a 2008 horizontal bar silver medalist and a team bronze medalist.

Joining Horton are 20-year-olds Jake Dalton and Dannell Leyva, 19-year-olds Sam Mikulak and John Orozco.

The replacement athletes are Sarah Finnegan, Anna Li and Elizabeth Price for the females and Chris Brooks, Steven Legendre and Alex Naddour for the males.

The Olympics kickoff on July 27th.

The first day of gymnastics competition will take place on Saturday, July 28th with Men's qualification rounds.
