Zlatan Ibrahimovic completed his move to Paris St Germain, making the Swede the French side's third high-profile signing of the summer.

Ibrahimovic joins PSG from AC Milan for a reported €20 million (£15.7m, $24.5m) fee, and follows the likes of team-mate Thiago Silva and former Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi.

Silva and Ibrahimovic joined the Paris side for a staggering combined fee of €62 million (£48.6m, $76.1m). Ibrahimovic, who signed a three-year contract, will reportedly earn around $15 million a year. PSG also announced the signing of highly-rated youngster Marco Verratti from Italian side Pescara.

"I'm finally here in Paris," the 30-year-old said at his unveiling on Wednesday. "It's a dream which has become reality, for me it's a big step in my career. Playing for PSG is an incredible thing.

"It's a beautiful project and one I'm happy to be a part of. Now that I'm here I want to play my part in the history of this club.

"I'm here to win and that's the most important thing.

"(PSG) is a dream team that wants to keep on growing. They've bought Thiago Silva, the best player in the world. There aren't many clubs as strong as us in Europe. I don't know of many.

"I am here to win with this incredible squad and we want to win against all opposition we come up against.

"We're looking forward and thinking only of winning, which is the most important thing. At PSG I can play with the best in the world, elsewhere that couldn't happen.

"I want to give my all for this squad which is the future of European football."

Ibrahimovic, who was the Serie A's top scorer with 28 goals last season, said he would miss playing for Milan. "I've got nothing bad to say about Milan. I'll always have great memories of the Rossoneri because they gave me great joy and the whole time I spent there was great.

"Now it's time to think only of PSG. I wish Milan all the best and I hope they go on winning without me. I gave all I had for the Rossonero shirt and I don't want to cast doubt on my great memories."
