The fantasy football Week 10 matchup schedule is here and some free agent pickups and sleeper options include Terrance West, Jeremy Hill, Matt Asiata, Mike Evans, Mark Sanchez, Tre Mason, Odell Beckham, Martavis Bryant, Ronnie Hillman, Jonathan Stewart, Jordan Matthews, Davante Adams and Andre Holmes, as those names have the chance to put up numbers for owners this weekend.
Terrance West is a strong pickup, as Isaiah Crowell did not get any carries on Sunday and he is a quick option on Thursday for the Browns. West found the end zone and he could be a factor in the rushing game on Thursday night. Mark Sanchez has come in for Nick Foles and he could be starting for a while with Foles cracking his collarbone. Sanchez is a solid option for Tom Brady, who is on a bye this week, as he plays on Monday night and could be a huge boost.
Mike Evans comes in after putting up two touchdowns for the Buccaneers on Sunday and he is a prime rookie option to put in the starting lineup. Evans has overtaken Vincent Jackson as the best fantasy option at WR for the team and he could continue playing well. Jeremy Hill had over 150 yards on the ground on Sunday and he also scored twice and was one of the best backs in fantasy. With Gio Bernard injured, he could continue getting carries. Matt Asiata also had a big game and he scored three TDs and now could be the legit goal line back for the Vikings the rest of the season.

Owners have had to look far and wide for decent tight ends and now names like Heath Miller, Mychal Rivera and Charles Clay have emerged as free agent options that can step in. Those names have not been elite, but they have contributed and they can be solid replacements for the big name tight ends.
The Denver Broncos come into Week 10 with some RB injury issues for fantasy football owners, as Ronnie Hillman and Montee Ball are both banged up and that makes Juwan Thompson a top fantasy pickup this week for the team, as he could end up with starter carries if Hillman is limited, as Ball is expected to be out with a groin injury once again.
