Hull City and Tottenham Hotspur are playing live on the English Premier League schedule on Sunday and the match from KC Stadium starts at 11 am ET on TV from the NBC Sports Network and is streaming from the NBCSN Live Extra website as the Tigers and Spurs get in action.
Hull City comes in after a loss against Burnley and Steve Bruce could make some changes as he gets players back from injuries, including Michael Dawson, Nikica Jelavic and Curtis Davies and that could be a big factor in the game. Tottenham will not be at full strength with some players dealing with injuries and they come in after a loss at home once again and that was to Stoke City. The team has not played well at White Hart Lane and that has been an issue and while they won against Aston Villa away, they lost to Newcastle at home before that.
Bruce was not happy with the last performance for the team and now he will be looking for players to step up. Hull has not been able to score over their past few games and they do not have a goal in league play this month. The team has not scored since a draw with Arsenal back in October and now they have the chance to bounce back at home. After playing against Tottenham Hull City has Man United at Old Trafford and then the team will play against Everton away and that is a match both sides will need.
Hull City comes into the game after an away loss against Burnley and they last lost against Southampton before that at home. Tottenham will play against Chelsea coming up and that will be at Stamford Bridge and the team also will play against Swansea City, Burnley and Manchester United coming up. The team hosts Chelsea to start the New Year schedule and that will be a big matchup, especially if Chelsea is still undefeated. Tottenham is 12th in the English Premier League standings, while Hull City is three points back.
Chelsea continues to lead things and they have not lost year this season in 12 games played. They won again and now they are 10-2-0 this season and they have scored 30 goals and they have the best goal differential in the EPL. The Spurs have won three of the last five meetings between the teams and the Tigers have not won against the team at home in many years and that makes this a more intriguing matchup.
