London Opening Ceremony Online Live Stream: Not Available Watch Action On NBC at 7:30 P.M.

Jul 27, 2012 07:09 PM EDT

The Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Games has begun. Do not miss the action as NBC will show the ceremony at 7:30 ET/6:30 CT.

The event is expected to be seen by millions, despite it being shown at different times in different parts of the world. Within the United States people will experience the action at different points in time. Granted, time zones are different, while people in Chicago and Miami watch the ceremony airing at 6:30CT/7:30 ET, people in Los Angeles will have to wait until it is 7:30 in the Pacific Time Zone before they could watch the Opening Ceremony.

The good news is that despite when in time you watch the ceremony, chances are that you will still enjoy it.

It cost around 27 million pounds to get the show on the road. That equals to about $42 million. There will be thousands of performers on a stage about 15,000 square feet.

The world will witness the creative minds possessed by British producers and directors. Danny Boyle, who directed Slumdog Millionaire, will show off his capability as an artist. He directed the Olympic Ceremony.

With that budget and the amount of performers expected, the world is in for a great. For a sneak peak of the action taking place click on the link below to see images from the live action that occurred earlier in the day.
