The team is ranked in the top 10 in rebounds per game and assists per game and they are looking as strong as they have in the past.
The team comes in as defending champions and they are shaping up to be one of the best in the west once again. The Nets have been a disappointment, but the team is coming in after a win against the Knicks in a rivalry game and now they have the Spurs before playing against the Hawks at home. The team comes in averaging 98 points per game and they are ranked 17th in defense. The team got 23 points from Robin Lopez and Garnett had 13 rebounds to lead the team against the Knicks in the win.

The Lakers come in after a rare win and they now have five wins on the season and they will next play against the Celtics after the matchup with the Wizards. The team is ranked in the top 10 in scoring and is averaging 104 points per game, but they are ranked second to last in the league in points allowed per game, ranking 29th with 111 allowed per matchup. Bryant is leading the team in scoring and he added a triple double against the Raptors in an overtime win for the Lakers a couple days ago.
