Telemundo has been covering Olympic action for the Spanish speaking audiences. The 2012 London Olympics have taken over a time slot usually reserved for soap opera reruns and a popular dating show called 12 Corazones. On Tuesday from 9 a.m. ET you can expect to watch more Olympic action.
Telemundo will have Olympic coverage until 3 p.m. ET. So viewers do not worry, You can still catch Caso Cerrado and Primer Impacto.
Olympic action resumes at 12 a.m. ET until 2:30 a.m. ET. Pablo Escobar and the rest of the of the soap operas from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. and the local and international news from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. will be appearing at regular times.
So far, Spanish speaking countries have had some success in London. Colombia has two medals, both of which are silver. Cuba has one silver medal and Mexico also has one silver medal.
Colombia claimed their medal in Road Racing and Weightlifting. For Mexico silver came via synchronized diving and Cuba earned their silver medal in judo.
The country many people had hopes in seeing win gold was Spain, but they have been eliminated from possibly moving further into competition as they lost their first two matches.
