LA Lakers vs. Indiana Pacers Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming NBA Game

The LA Lakers and Indiana Pacers are playing live on the NBA schedule on Monday and the matchup from Bankers Life Fieldhouse starts at 7 pm ET on NBATV as Kobe Bryant and Jeremy Lin come in against Roy Hibbert and the matchup has Los Angeles on a rare winning streak and they are a game better than Indy in the overall league standings.

The Lakers have had a very tough season and so have the Pacers and the reasons are different, but the results are the same, as they each are way under .500 right now. The Pacers have been playing without Paul George all season, while the Lakers have a so-so roster surrounded around Kobe Bryant. The Lakers are 8-16 on the season and they come in after winning the last two games, including wins against the Spurs and the Wolves. Bryant has passed MJ as the one of the all-time leading scorers and he has played well despite the overall trajectory of this team.

Bryant comes in after leading the Lakers in scoring with 26 points and Carlos Boozer was tops with 13 rebounds against the Wolves. The team plays against the Pacers on the road to finish this road trip and then they will come back home to play Kevin Durant and the Thunder. The team is fifth in the Pacific division standings and they are ranked ninth in scoring and 30th in scoring defense this year.

Bryant comes in as the top scorer for the team on the season and he likely has one or two good years left and the team is hoping to contend soon. The Lakers have pulled out of Sixers territory for the time being, but they are still a bad team and need to improve. Lin and Boozer were the main additions this offseason and while they were benched recently, they have started to turn things around. The teams has some big games coming up, including against the Bulls on Christmas Day and before that matchups with the Thunder and the Warriors, who are best in the west.

Coming up in January the team has some tough games as well, including against the Clippers, Blazers and Grizzlies. The team also will host the Pacers on the return trip to LA that month. The Pacers come into the game after a loss against the Blazers and they next will play against the Clippers on this west coast swing. The team was supposed to be one of the favorites in the east after making the conference finals last season, but now they have lost Paul George and this is likely a lost year.

The team comes in ranked 29th in scoring and while they are ninth in defense, they have not done enough to be a winning team. The team is battling with the Cavs and the Bulls in the central division and they are still alive in the playoffs race, but they will not make the finals without George this season. The Lakers and Pacers are each struggling, but for different reasons and now the Lakers will look for their third win in a row.
