Saturday will mark the last swimming event of the 2012 Olympics. Beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET/7:30 p.m. swimmers will take the block for the last final events.
The first event will be the Women's 50m Freestyle. America's Jessica Hardy will attempt to catch another gold medal but she will have to race against Netherlands' young sensation Ranomi Kromowidjojo. The 21-year-old has a gold medal and a silve in the 2012 Olympics and will begin the race from the 4th lane as she finished with the fastest qualifying time at 24.07.
The lengthy Men's 1500m Freestyle will take place immediately following the Women's 50m Freestyle. China's Yang Sun will look to capture another gold in the event after recording the quickest time in the heats.
The Women's 4x100m Medley Relay will take centerstage with Australia as the favorite to win the event. The took the first place in the heats after swimming a 3:55.42.
The final race of the 2012 Olympics in swimming will be the Men's 4x100m Medley Relay.
The United States swimmers are the favortie to win this one as they finished in first placein the heats. They will start in lane four after posting a 3:32.65.
