Rested and refreshed, the U.S. women continue to dominate the Olympic basketball tournament as the set to play China at 11:45 AM ET Sunday.

The Americans are doing pretty well as is, running their Olympic win streak to 37 games in a bid for a fifth-consecutive gold medal.

The Americans had rolled through their first three opponents, winning by 36 points a game, and continued the onslaught against the Czechs (1-3), who will need to win their final game Sunday to possibly advance to the quarterfinals.

Diana Taurasi, who scored a team-high 18 points, tied a U.S. women's Olympic team record with eight three-point attempts, sinking four. And the 62 rebounds snapped the women's team mark of 58, set at the 2004 Athens Olympics against New Zealand.

Maya Moore came off the bench for the first few games before starting against the Czech Republic. She's averaging 8.5 points and 5.8 rebounds, yet her impact can't be measured by a stat sheet.

Head coach Geno Auriemma said Moore works "incredibly hard. As hard as any player I have ever seen at any level ever."

"She is just a high energy player. She plays every possession to the end and not everybody does that," said Auriemma, who also coached Moore in college at Connecticut. "So for Maya every defensive possession is an opportunity to get a steal. Every shot is an opportunity to get a rebound. It's just her makeup. It's who she is."
