Their four victories came against Tunisia 3-0, Russia, 3-0, Serbia put up a great fight 3-2 and in their last qualifiers match they swept Germany 3-0.
The Argentinian Men's Volleyball Team comes into the quarterfinals with a 3-2 record. The finished third in Group A behind Poland and Bulgaria. They won 10/17 they played in their five first round matches.
Argentina's qualifiers experience could be explained as a roller coaster ride.
They began the Olympics with a solid 3-0 victory over Australia. They then faced Italy and Poland losing 3-1 and 3-0 in those matches respectively. They then won their next two games against Bulgaria 3-1 and Great Britain 3-0.
