Liverpool and the mid-table Championship side Bolton matchup in the FA Cup and Liverpool is looking to keep things going after washing out of the Champions League. Last season the team finished second on the EPL table and now they are eighth in the Premier League and this is a chance to get another win. The team comes in playing up and down this season and they come in after a win away against Aston Villa.

The team has won a number of games in a row away, including in their last FA Cup match and that was against Wimbledon in the third round. The team comes in after wins away against Sunderland and Aston Villa and before that they pulled a draw at home with Leicester City. The team has not been scoring as much as last season, with Luis Suarez now gone, and so far MArio Balotelli has not been living up to expectations, but he now has the second half of the season to make up for it.

The team won away against Burnley and got a nice win against Swansea City and now moving forward they will try and keep things going. The EPL schedule has some tough matches coming up, including away against Everton and Man City coming to Anfield. The team also has Man United coming up soon after that and they will have games with Burnley and against Swansea City.

Captain Steven Gerrard will be rested for this match since the team has the Capital One Cup semis on Tuesday for the second leg and that is big for the team. Liverpool would like to get to a final this year and right now they are trying to get back into the mix in the EPL. Bolton won the last meeting with these teams over a decade ago in the FA Cup and Liverpool comes in looking to win for the first time in the FA Cup since 2006.
