Liverpool and Bolton played to a 0-0 draw in the FA Cup on Saturday and the two clubs will have a replay match coming up and this comes as the team is working on a new contract with Raheem Sterling, with manager Brendan Rodgers saying that a deal should be finalized soon.

Liverpool comes in at eighth on the English Premier League table and now they have to play another match against Bolton on the road after the FA Cup tie. According to Pro Soccer Talk, Rodgers was quoted talking about Sterling and a new potential deal, saying that the Sterling contract likely "will be concluded imminently." Sterling is a key player for Rodgers moving forward and after Luis Suarez departed he became even more important.

The 20-year-old is one of the top players in England and it would be a wise move for Liverpool to sign him, as he will be a target for other clubs. Liverpool comes in after the draw with Bolton and that marked another big performance for a lower level team against an EPL side. Manchester City lost at home, while Chelsea also lost in stunning fashion after going up 2-0 and now Liverpool will try and get things done in the next match.

Liverpool comes in looking to stay on the positive side in EPL play and they matchup with West Ham next and then they will have the replay with Bolton. The team won over Sunderland and Aston Villa away and coming up they have games with Everton, Liverpool and Southampton on the schedule.

Per LiverpoolFC.com: "Obviously the club are speaking with his representatives on it," reported the boss. "I would think that will be concluded very imminently. You can see he's very happy, it's nothing to do with Raheem - he wants to be here. Hopefully we'll get a solution on that very soon."
