Olympics 2012 Women's Basketball Live Stream: USA vs. France in Gold Medal Match

The U.S. gets ready to take the court as they will defend their 2008 gold medal on Saturday against France. This should be the most intriguing game of the Women's Basketball Olympics since both teams have yet to lose a game.

The U.S. has wonn all of its seven games. They beat Croatia, Angola, Turkey, the Czech Republic and China to wrap up a perfect 5-0 first round.

They destroyed Canada 91-48 in the quarterfinals and then got passed Australia with a moderate 13-point difference as the final score finished 86-73.

The point-differential between the U.S. and Australia in that game is the lowest margin of victory for Team USA as they averaged a victory margin of over 39 points in their previous six games. 

With a win on Saturday, the USA would finish with a perfect 8-0 record and another gold medal, as they search to dominate the Olympic event for the fifth straight time. 

France, however, stands in their way. The Group B squad finished a perfect 5-0 . They beat Brazil in the first game of the Olympics and followed it with close victories over Australia, Canada, Great Britatin. They beat Russia by 11, for their second largest victory, in the Olympics. 

In the quarterfinal round the beat the Czech Republic and then defeated Russia once again in the semifinals.
