With the season winding down the rumors are already heating up around Juventus star Paul Pogba, as clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Arsenal all interested in signing the midfielder, as reports say that "several clubs" are already looking to pay up to $85 million for Pogba.
According to Pro Soccer Talk, Pogba is a target for a number of clubs, with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Chelsea being mentioned as the most interested. Pogba previously was with Manchester United and he joined Juventus after that run and he comes in at just 22 years old and has tons of potential. Pogba played in the World Cup and now he could be on his way to a new team soon.
The website reports that general director Giuseppe Marotta spoke on the radio about Pogba's interest, saying that there are "many suitors" for the midfielder. The team likely can sell him for "70-80m euros" said Marotta and the team could play a hard line to drive the price up on him. Pogba has shown that he can be a star-like player and those teams interested have plenty of money to spend.
Pogba is signed through 2019, but according to PST, his agent said that he will be going elsewhere before that time comes up. Pogba was the Young Player of the World Cup in Brazil and that helped get him more attention worldwide and now he could make the move from Serie A back to the Premier League or with Real Madrid in La Liga.
"There are clubs that are ready to spend 70-80m euros for Pogba" Marotta said. "There are many suitors for Pogba, but we do not want to open negotiations and we want him to stay with us. If we want to increase our level, we need players of great quality and Pogba is one of them."
