The Aaron Hernandez murder trial has resumed after a brief delay on Thursday for a reported bomb threat at the Fall River Justice Center in Massachusetts, according to the Associated Press.
Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh suspended deliberations in the trial after the threat was reported and the court house ended up getting evacuated, Hernandez included. As the trial resumed, Hernandez's attorneys asked the judge to instruct the jury that the delay and threat had nothing to do with their client so there would be no confusion.
Testimony has been going on in the case for over a month and recently conversations between the accused star and his cousin while in jail were allowed to be used in the trial. The bomb threat caused a delay for a couple hours and the trial is now back in action.
