NFL 2012 Sunday Night Football Live Stream: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Denver Broncos

Sep 09, 2012 08:09 PM EDT

The Denver Broncos will meet the Pittsburgh Steelers for the first Sunday Night Football game of the year at 8:20 p.m. ET/5:20 p.m. PT.

The Steelers will look to bounce back this season the surprising loss to the Broncos in the Wild Card game of the 2012 playoffs. Tebow hit Demaryius Thomas for an 80-yard touchdown and the Steelers were shocked and eliminated from contention.

Ben Roethlisberger has a new offensive coach, Todd Haley, running the offense.

The Steelers look to put their typical tough defense on the field. They are a balanced team as their offense does not slack off. With the return of Mike Wallace, they have enough speed and length on the outside to score points and give the defense enough points to win ball games.

Peyton Manning will see what he has left in his tank. Neck surgery cost him the complete 2011 season and his job with the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts had a tough decision to make as they cut one of the best quarterbacks in the bast decade and one of the best in NFL history.

For the Denver Broncos, it was an easy decision to go after Manning. It was either keep Tim Tebow, the hard working, win in the clutch quarterback, or the veteran that has consistantly taken the Colts into the playoffs year after year.

Manning is expected to improve the team after Tebow was traded to the New York Jets. Under Tebow, the Broncos running game carried them into the playoffs. Their defense helped them stay close in games, but even then, they could not do it all for the squad.
